What to Expect

RYT Lynne Eeglon will be leading each Yoga Nidra session. You’ll lie comfortably while she gently guides you through a series of verbal cues to help you relax and focus inward. The experience involves mindful awareness of the body, breath, and sensations—encouraging deep physical and mental relaxation.

You’ll remain awake yet deeply at ease, allowing your body to rest in a highly regenerative state, while your mind stays calmly attentive. Each session helps you unwind, feel more centred, and restore a sense of calm—without any physical effort or strain.
