Kaitlyn is currently completing her final semester in Mount Royal University’s 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma program. As a Student RMT, she offers massage treatments at reduced student rates.
Growing up as a competitive athlete, Kaitlyn experienced firsthand how massage therapy, chiropractic care, and sports rehabilitation could play a role in recovery and staying active. These experiences inspired her interest in helping others improve their health and well-being.
Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce. Her academic background has given her an appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being and the value of considering the whole person when providing care.
Every massage treatment with Kaitlyn is tailored to the individual’s needs and goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, working on mobility, or investing in preventive care, she draws on a range of therapeutic techniques to develop a personalized treatment plan. She also takes time to explain what she’s doing and why so patients can feel informed and involved in their care.
Kaitlyn values a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to health care and believes patients can benefit when providers work together. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard and encouraged as you work toward reduced pain, improved movement, and a better quality of life.
