Anna Wright-Lacatus, RMT
Anna is a recent graduate of the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at Mount Royal University, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client-centered care. With a degree in Neuroscience and several years of experience as a Personal Support Worker, she brings a deep understanding of both the physical and neurological aspects of the human body into every treatment session.
Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Anna worked closely with seniors, which shaped her compassionate and thoughtful approach to health care, emphasizing the importance of respectful, individualized treatment.
Growing up playing sports, Anna developed a natural interest in movement, recovery, and performance, which she brings to her role as a massage therapist today. Whether you’re looking for injury recovery, pain management or relaxation, she uses her diverse background to support your wellness goals.
Outside the Office
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her hiking in the mountains with her dog or diving into a good book.
